James Harrill is a board-certified Physician Assistant and the Chief Financial Officer of Hometown Family Medical Centers. With over 25 years of experience in both clinical practice and healthcare operations, James brings a unique dual perspective to the leadership team—combining front-line provider experience with strategic financial and administrative oversight.

Throughout his career, James has held leadership positions across a variety of healthcare settings, integrated health systems, and substance use treatment programs. He is known for building efficient, sustainable operations that support high-quality care, improve patient access, and ensure long-term financial viability for independent clinics.

As CFO, his passion lies in empowering providers and staff to deliver exceptional care while building business models that work for both patients and communities.
