Dominic Borgialli, DO, MPH
Medical Director
Dr. Dominic Borgialli is a board-certified physician in both Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine, with more than 22 years of clinical experience. He is known for his leadership in developing interdisciplinary teams to address the full continuum of care for individuals with substance use disorders.
Dr. Borgialli earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Sparrow Hospital. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Borgialli serves as the Medical Director for several behavioral health organizations. He contributes at the state level through committee work with the Health Professional Recovery Program (HPRP) under the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and through his involvement with the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan.
Dr. Borgialli is deeply committed to advancing addiction medicine through both patient care and provider education. His expertise lies in creating compassionate, evidence-based treatment environments that empower patients and reduce stigma across the healthcare continuum.
